Net sales of items per day of the week. For an accurate view of information start the time parameter on the Monday and run for the week.

Grouped By PC (Profit Centres)
Net sales grouped by profit centres. Profit centres are defined or grouped areas that have been created for specific business purposes. For example, a business would like to be able to run reports for bar area vs. dinning room area or bar staff vs. waitstaff. Grouped By MI (Menu Item Filter)
Net sales grouped by menu item filters. Menu Item Filters are defined or grouped areas of menu items that have been created for specific business purposes. For example, a business would like to be track specific menu items and not the entire list of menu items. Options Grouped by Categories and Menu Items
This report provides details on Option Items sold, sorted by the Category and the Menu Item itself.
Items in these reports will be arranged by their Category, and then for all instances of a Menu Item sold within that Category.

Generating the Report
To generate the report from the reports module, navigate to My Reports > Sales > Options Grouped by Categories and Menu Items

After entering in the appropriate criteria, select Generate to produce the report for the given criteria.
For additional customization of the Report, users can navigate to the Additional Options tab.
Constraints for this Report Type are as follows:
- Quantity must be greater than 0

Top 25 Menu Item Sold
Top 25 Menu Item sold during the time period selected.

Item Counts Summary of Grouped Menu Items
Number of menu items sold during a specified time period displaying both the quantity and units sold as defined in menu items.
- Quantity – actual number of times the items was selected on a POS Terminal
- Unit – as defined per menu item and by default is set to 1.
For example selling 1 x 6-pack of pop – the quantity would be set to 1 whereas the unit number per quantity could be defined as 6.

Advanced Options
With Reports V2 there are many advanced options that can easily be used to implemented to add an extra dimension to reports.
Modify Row Order
Change a report so that an alternative parameter is used for descending / ascending order. In this example the report is viewed in descending order based on Gross Sales. For more information on row ordering – Reporting User Guide - Column Management.
Adding Columns
Add another column to a sales report – for more information please see Reports V2
ID Column
Add the following ID Columns into a report using the following formula
- Group ID : [GroupID]
- Category ID : [CategoryID]
- Menu Item ID : [MenuItemID]
Net Sales % Column
Add the following NetSales% Column into a report using the following formula
- [Net Sales] / sum[Net Sales] * ["100"]
Show Options as Separate Entry as Item
Change the default sales reports to show options items as line items rather than automatically added into the associated sales price of the menu item. For more information on Show Options as Separate Entry as Item – Reports V2
