  1. CHOOSE A WEBINAR from the schedule below by clicking the link that corresponds with the date you would like to attend.

  2. REGISTER with the form (First Name, Last Name, Email Address) 
    Please note: Registrations from personal emails will be rejected.

  3. MONITOR YOUR EMAIL for registration approval from Volante Training which will contain the join link. 

  4. ADD WEBINAR TO YOUR CALENDAR using the 'Add to Calendar' link in the approval email

  5. JOIN THE TRAINING by clicking the join link on the correct date and time, downloading the Zoom meeting software in your browser. Please join with your full name.

Please register in advance! We cannot guarantee registration will be approved for participants who register less than 1 business day prior to the webinar start time.

In this session, we will be reviewing the specifics of:

(1) Cloud Backoffice Use:

  • Logging into the Cloud Space

  • User Management

    • Adding / Deleting / Updating Cashiers and POSAdminCashiers

  • Reports

    • Generating Reports

    • Customized Reports

    • System Reports

    • Filters and refining data

(2) Web Reporting Portal

(3) POS Manager Functions:

  • Manger Overrides: Login & Cashier Mode

  • Voids - Same Day

  • Refunds - Other Day (non-Account based refunds only)

  • Admin Screen:

    • Adding Users (Cashiers & Managers, assigning cards)

    • View Shift Transactions

    • Manager & EOD Reports

    • Close Day (if used)
