  • Biweekly on Wednesdays

  • 1.5 hour duration: 1:30~3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

  • AGENDA:

    • Volanté BackOffice Use

      • Logging in to the Cloud Space : your access to the back of house

      • User Management : Adding / Deleting / Updating Cashiers and Manager access from back of house and POS

      • Reports : Generating Reports and Filtering Data

    • Web Reporting Tool : Generating common reports, filtering data, using the Web Reporting tool

    • POS Manager Functions

      • Manger Overrides : Login & Cashier Mode

      • Voids - Same Day

      • Refunds - Other Day (non-Account based refunds only)

      • Admin Screen Usage:

        • Adding Users (Cashiers & Managers, assigning cards)

        • View Shift Transactions

        • Manager & EOD Reports
