Data Synch: Synching to Terminals

Overview

Whenever a change is made in the BackOffice, those changes need to be synchronized with all terminals so that the database on all these devices is up to date. The Data Synch feature of the BackOffice is used to perform this function.

Performing a Data Synch

1. Select the Data Synch module from the BackOffice Home screen.
   
2. Click Setup Info (a), then click Send updates to Terminals (b).
   
3. Click Select All (c), then click OK (d).
   
4. Click Exit to complete (e).
