Customer Database Reports
Customer Database Reports are generated to provide insights into the various aspects of the Customer Database (including Customer Accounts, Meal Plans, Points, and Volanté Gift Cards).

Customer Sales Items by Payment Type | Generates an Listing Report Account Types with Customer, providing details about items purchased. The report fields include Customer Type, Customer Name, Customer Code, Customer Card Code, Terminal ID, Date, Time, Division, Group, Category, and Menu Item, Item Price, and Payment Method. |

Customer Transactions by Payment Type | Generates an Listing Report of Customer Types with Customer, providing details about items purchased. The report fields include Customer Type, First Name, Last Name, Customer Code, Customer Card Code, Terminal ID, Employee, Date, Time, Transaction ID, Payment Method, and On Account (Per Account). |

Customer Transactions Detailed Report | Generates an Listing Report Account Types with Customer, providing details about purchase methods. The report fields include Acc. Rec ID, Transaction Owner, Date, Trans ID, Auth Type, Payment, and Amount. |

Customer Credit Transactions Detailed Report | Generates an Listing Report Account Types with Customer, providing details about Credit Only transactions. The report fields include Acc. Rec ID, Transaction Owner, Date, Trans ID, Auth Type, Payment, and Amount. |

Customer Transactions by Account Type | Generates an Listing Report Account Types with Customer, providing details about purchase methods by customer and type. The report fields include Acc. Rec ID, Customer Name, Notes, Customer Type, Date, Trans ID, Auth Type, and Amount. |

Customer Visit Frequency | Generates an Listing Report by # Visits (transactions), providing details about an individuals attendance during a set period. The report fields include Customer Code, First Name, Last Name, Address details (if used), and Count. This is a useful “attendance” report in Senior Living settings. |

Account Invoice | Generates an Invoice Report, providing details about purchase history and balances per Customer for each account a customer has on their profile (up to 4). The header includes: Name, Account #, Customer Code, Customer Card Code, Current Balance, Credit Limit, and Starting Balance. The report fields include Date, Trans ID, Trans Tax, Trans Tip, Trans Total, Paid Amount, and Running Balance. |

Account Invoice with Trans Details | Generates a Transaction Invoice Report, providing details about purchase history and balances per Customer for each account a customer has on their profile (up to 4). The header includes: Name, Account #, Customer Code, Customer Card Code, Current Balance, Credit Limit, and Starting Balance. The report fields include Date, Trans ID, Menu Item, Amount, Trans Tax, Trans Tip, Trans Total, Paid Amount, and Running Balance. |

Meal Plan Attendance | Generates an Listing Report, providing details about attendance specifically around Meal Count plans. The report includes: Customer Type, First Name, Last Name, Room Number, Auth Code, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner 1, and Dinner 2. |

Meal Plan Allowance Adjustments | Generates an Listing Report, providing details about Backoffice adjustments to Meal Plan allowances for a given time. The report includes: Customer Name, Customer Type, Meal Plan Name, Update Date, Meal Plan Rule, Start Day, and Meal Plan Count Increase (+ or -). |

Meal Plan Usage Report | Generates an Listing Report, providing details about Meal Count Plan usages. The report includes: Customer Type, Customer Name, Customer Code, Date/Time, Transaction ID, Terminal ID, Owner, Code, Meal Plan name, # Meals, Meal Plan Items, and Current balance. |

Purchase Statement with Transaction Details | Generates a Transaction Purchase Statement Report, providing details about purchase history and balances per Customer for each account a customer has on their profile (up to 4). Created or Edited Customers on PointClickCare | Generates an Listing Report, providing details about Customers edited or added via the PointClickCare Integration.
