Stats Reports are generated to provide insights into the various averages and profitability under various conditions.

Report Name | Description | Sample Report |

Head Count | Generates a report showing a Summary of various transactional modes, which varies based on the modes enabled on the POS terminal (ex. Cashier, Tabs, Tables, etc.). This report includes Table Type (Cashier, Tabs, Tables etc.), Total, Head Count (# transitions completed in that mode), and Total/Headcount (the average transactional amount). |  DID YOU KNOW! Average Check | Generates a List report showing Additional detail of various transactional modes, which varies based on the modes enabled on the POS terminal (ex. Cashier, Tabs, Tables, etc.). This report is generally most useful to get averages using Tables Mode, and provides insights into # guests vs # tables. This report includes Table Type (Cashier, Tabs, Tables etc.), Net Sales, # Trans, Agg/Trans, # Guests (# transitions completed in that mode), Avg per Guest (the average transactional amount), # Tables, Avg/Table, # Guest/Trans, and #Guest / Table. |

Profitability | Generates a Detailed Report by Menu Group, which shows item profitability, and includes detail for Group, Category, Menu Item, Sale, Void, Net Qty, Item Price, Discounts, Price Level, Total Sales, Units, Costs, Profit, Margin, and Suggested Retail (MSRP). |

Costing | Generates a Detailed Costing Report by Menu Group, which shows item profitability, and includes detail for Group, Category, Menu Item, PLU (price lookup ID), Cost, Price, Qty, Sales, Food Cost %, Discount, Net Sales, MSRP, Sales %, and Food Cost. |

Corporate Average Check Yearly Comparison | Generates a Listing Report by Month, which shows averages across a 1-year window, and includes detail for Store, Month, Avg Check 1, Avg Check 2, and Change %
This report is most accurate when selecting a year time range in the Main window. This is an effective report to run from the Head Office Enterprise |
