Installation & Deployment Services

  • Complete deployment service which includes on-site installation, training and content design services are available.
  • Prior to any deployment our technical team performs complete staging of all equipment and software. This includes burn in testing and content testing.
  • Content Design Services, if required, with in-house video, graphics and animation designers which can work with businesses to design content in sync with corporate branding and messaging requirements.
  • Depending on the type of project and the client requirements onsite training as well as local specific training is available.

Post Deployment Services

An annual SMS contract is available which can include a comprehensive maintenance and service contract and can be customized based on client specific requirements. Common Services included as part of the SMS contract are as follows:

  • Up to 16 different zones of content
  • Content can be displayed on single screen or across multiple screens

Content Management Software

  • Content can be setup in multiple sections and zones per 1 screen
  • Content can work across multiple screens
  • Media type - power point, jpeg, flash, video, real time video etc.
  • Pre-set design templates are available
  • Works in virtualization server environment
  • Full active directory / LDAP integration
  • Manage and control up to 500 display units from a single enterprise license
  • Create and link common newsfeed tickers
  • Centralized control for security with optional lockdown to segments and zones
  • Content can be scheduled

Volanté Integration

  • Data source integration allows for complete menu integration from Volanté Systems into the Digital Signage Menu Boards
  • Integration allows onsite staff to easily manage menu changes / prices changes without requiring time and energy of recreating static graphics
